Here at Inner Child Food, we are mamas who love to involve our children in the process of cooking and baking. We have all found it has a multitude of benefits, and some of those include:

  • Making memories together and bonding time
  • Teaching them how to share

  • Giving them an appreciation for food and flavor, and
